The Foundation Package from Archit3ct Ltd is a clear, structured, and effective approach to give you consistent and valuable integration of ChatGPT into your team’s workflows, over 3 half-day sessions.
Training covers a team lead/executive in the company, + up to 6 additional team members, and offers tailored training to each person individually, rather than a generic “one size fits all” package.
Training is run on-site at your premises by Dan Thomas, an experienced AI presenter and technical consultant, and a finalist for Tech Educator of the year 2024.
Price: £1997 for 3 sessions + Follow up briefing
Session 1: Onboarding, Configuration, & Initial Briefing (3 hours)
Adoption of AI is often fragmented and incomplete, with team members using tools without the knowledge of their peers or seniors, and experimenting without awareness of what the consequences might be.
The first step in Foundation is, we will work with you to set up a safe and secure team environment in OpenAI’s ChatGPT.
This gives you the confidence that your team are operating in the right way, and not putting data into random tools creating new security blindspots.
Fear among team members is often a key blocker to adoption and individuals using AI effectively, so the second step of session 1 is a short team briefing for everyone that is attending the training.
Dan will cover how ChatGPT works, what some of the key strengths are, and some of the dangers of using it incorrectly.
This gives everyone a base familiarity with the software and is designed to show the team that AI is there to make their lives easier and their jobs more productive, not to act as a hindrance or replace them
Finally, in session 1, Dan will run a 1:1 session with someone senior to act as the “AI Champion” internally. Often, senior leaders are left out of training, resulting in a lack of confidence for the team and the leadership team missing out on benefits.
During this 1:1 session, Dan will cover key aspects and potential use cases in more detail, as well as looking at aspects of the attendees’ roles to see how they can get immediate benefits from the software.
The goals are, by the end of the first session:
- The safe and secure platform will be working with the required access for the people who need it.
- The team will have an understanding of, and the confidence to start using the software.
- The “AI Champion” will have the confidence to start using the software immediately and demonstrate to other team members the key benefits they start seeing.
Sessions 2 & 3: Team 1:1’s (2X 3 hr sessions)
All too often, team members are given new software, made to attend a generic workshop, and told,
“Now, go figure it out for your role”.
At Archit3ct, our goal is that each team member gets a 1-hour individual training session, where Dan will work directly with them to understand aspects of their role and see how ChatGPT can directly impact their work immediately.
All too often, the key benefits of new software are unclear, but our approach is to immediately identify them and help the individuals start to apply them straight away.
By separating the sessions out into individual 1:1’s, we ensure that everyone is seen and heard, individual challenges can be overcome, and the value is applied across the entire team.
These 1:1 sessions cover up to 6 team members, or for fewer team members, each session can be more in-depth.
The goal of these sessions is twofold.
- The first benefit is seeing immediate results tailored to each individual. That may be improved efficiency, higher quality work, or simply a decrease in the amount of “drudge” work required.
- The second is team confidence. Namely, the confidence that AI will work as a tool for them, not instead of them, and the skills to look at their own role and tasks, and to identify areas for improvement.
Follow-up Briefing
We believe there is no point in taking an action if you can’t track the outcomes and benefits.
After the final session, Dan will write a follow-up digital briefing, detailing what has happened, key aspects brought out in the training, as well as any key benefits the team are already seeing in their application of AI.
The goal is simply that you know not only what you have received, but can see in real terms why it has helped and been a benefit to you.
